Derechos humanos elementos interacción en el Derecho internacional público
La sociedad internacional contemporánea se enfrenta actualmente a graves desafíos globales que impactan sobre los derechos humanos. Los conflictos armados, el cambio climático y los avances en la tecnología son solo algunos procesos que tensionan las estructuras del sistema internacional. Y que obligan a los Estados a establecer y reforzar fórmulas de cooperación para dar respuestas coordinadas y eficaces. En este contexto, el Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos contribuye a establecer parámetros normativos para identificar estos riesgos y valorar su grado de cumplimiento por parte de los Estados y demás sujetos y actores internacionales.
En la presente obra, se analiza cómo el sistema regional europeo de protección de los derechos humanos ha propuesto soluciones para afrontar estos desafíos.
