La irrupción de la desinformación en la arena política en los últimos años ha generado nuevos retos políticos, comunicativos y legislativos en las sociedades democráticas. La Unión Europea, como institución supranacional e intergubernamental, tiene mucho peso en la forma en que se percibe esta cuestión. Este trabajo de investigación pretende explicar la evolución de su estrategia contra la desinformación desde 2015 y cuál ha sido el peso de los ataques rusos en su marco conceptual general. Asimismo, ofrecerá un análisis de sus estrategias y sus consecuencias y recomendaciones a futuro.
