New European General Data Protection Regulation. A Practioner’s Guide

The European General Data Protection Regulation
brings a single data protection law, which is directly applicable in all European Member States, and that many EU companies outside the EU will also have to comply with. The previous national data protection laws are thereby largely replaced. Companies have to adapt their business models and processes to the new requirements within a period of two years.
